We all feel better when we are useful at work and it’s not different for autistic people. But autistic people have sensory differences and some parts of the work environment, like lighting or noise, may be very challenging, even painful. Communication can be a challenge too for autistic people in the workplace.

It’s up to you to organize work environment and to manage the team in order to keep everybody happy!

Be careful, every team member has a unique way to process sensory information (such as sound and light) or to communicate.

Click on an item to know more about it. Move things around and assign team members to tasks with the goal of maximizing the overall happiness of the team! HOW TO PLAY
